[CFP] Interdisciplinary Research on Translation (IRT)
Interdisciplinary Research on Translation (IRT) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal which is designed to disseminate research findings in all areas related to translation. IRT recognizes translation as a multimodal, multilingual, and multidisciplinary means of intercultural communication and seeks sound empirical or conceptual research approaching translation from cultural, political, sociological, economic, linguistic, literary, cognitive, philosophical, historical, or educational perspectives which advances the field of Translation Studies or could serve as a bridge between practitioners and academics. The journal also accepts reviews of newly published books on translation. IRT is a quarterly journal and is published by University of Birjand. It also is supported by Teaching English Language and Literature Society of Iran (TELLSI) and Ferdowsi University of Mashhad (FUM).
